If you decide to go through our website, an expert will contact you within  24 to 48 hours following your request. Don’t hesitate to put as much detail as possible and include photos so the specialist can offer you solutions tailored to your needs.

First visit

Our team of experts is always happy to travel to your home or your establishment to discuss your project. By being there, it’s much easier to understand your needs and offer you the best solution. In addition, our experts always have their fabric catalog at hand so you can touch them directly and determine which color would work better with your outdoor space.

We will then take the first steps to prepare our quote. Depending on the scope and size of your project, it may be possible for our specialists to quote you on the spot. 

Sending the contract

Our landscaping specialist will email you a copy of your quote with a price. If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact us so our representative can clarify for you.

Taking measurements

Once the quote is accepted and the contract signed, we send a project manager to your address to take the exact measurements. Depending on your preferences, you can ask to make an appointment to be present when the project manager comes to take the measurements. Otherwise, we can proceed without an appointment, which allows you to save time and have unparalleled peace of mind.

Technical drawing

Once the measurements have been taken, our project manager prepares a technical drawing of the project. This drawing is used to produce your product in our 35,000 square foot factory in Montréal. Once completed, our purchasing manager orders, if necessary, the parts required for the production of your product.

Factory production

This is the stage where our artisans get to work. Using the technical drawing, our tailors prepare your canvas with the best fabrics on the market. Our hardware experts prepare the structure for your project. With over 125 years of experience in the manufacture of custom-made awnings, canvases, and shelters, rest assured that your investment is in good hands.

Quality control

If there is one thing that is important to our team, it’s the sustainability of your investment. Once production is complete, our quality control agents carefully and rigorously inspect the finished product to eliminate any imperfections and ensure that the final product will go beyond your expectations. 

Installation of your product

Our facilities manager and dispatcher will call you to determine with you when the best time would be to install. Depending on your preferences, again, you can request to be present on-site during installation or not.

Post-installation services offered for your landscaping products

Properly maintained, your investment will last over a decade. In order to maintain it well, we offer you several related services after installation, such as storage, cleaning, and waterproofing.


Storage allows you to store your project in the best possible conditions. We know Quebec winters can be harsh on canvas. Rather than uninstalling and storing your product, we offer a turnkey solution that saves you time and ensures the good quality of your custom awning or shelter. We can, at your request, come to uninstall the canvas and store it inside our heated, insured and secure factory. We are also able to reinstall it in the spring. For winter shelters, we also offer our turnkey service which allows you to fully benefit from winter without having to uninstall the canvas yourself.

Cleaning and waterproofing

With the rain and wind, your canvas may lose its shine after several years. A good cleaning or waterproofing is enough for your investment to regain its original color. By putting the cleaning and waterproofing of your investment in the hands of our experts, you save time and can benefit from your product more quickly.

Landscaping project: what you need to know

Do I need a permit for the project?

In some districts, you will be asked for a permit to have a custom awning or shelter. We always advise you to find out about the regulations in force in your neighborhood or to ask your municipality. Our specialists can help you understand the regulations and help you with obtaining the necessary permits.

How long should I wait to have my awning or shelters?

For a top-quality custom awning, curtains or shade sails, you will need to allow 4 to 5 weeks from the time the contract is signed. 

For winter shelters, we proceed to installation around the month of November in order to comply with the regulations of the various municipalities and to ensure that you will be well protected for winter.  This way we make sure you get the most out of winter.

Can I add lettering?

Absolutely! Our lettering expert will be happy to add lettering to your canvas. Don’t hesitate to mention it when you meet our landscaping specialist on the first visit. You can also send him your company logo. If you don’t have a logo, our lettering expert will be happy to offer you one.
