When you call us, our customer service team will ask you a few questions about the nature of your project and then ask for your contact information so that we can assign you an awning, shelter and landscaping specialist.

If you decide to go through our website, an expert will contact you within 24 to 48 hours of your request. Feel free to include as much detail as possible and to include photos. Our specialist will propose solutions adapted to your needs.

First visit

Taking of measurements

Once the quote is accepted and the contract is signed, we send a project manager to your address to take the exact measurements. Technical drawing

Once the measurements are taken, our project manager prepares a technical drawing of the project. This drawing is used for the production of your product in our 35,000 square foot factory in Montreal. Factory production

This is where our craftsmen get to work. Using the technical drawing, our seamstresses and seamstresses prepare your fabric with the best fabrics on the market.
